The Molecular Bioassay Laboratory specializes in high-throughput BSL-2 antibody and antiviral screening assays for emerging and re-emerging viruses, utilizing advanced pseudovirion systems. These systems enable precise serological detection of neutralizing antibody titers and facilitate the evaluation of monoclonal antibodies and antiviral compounds. The facility also provides a robust platform for the discovery of therapeutic and diagnostic recombinant monoclonal antibodies, supported by in-house antibody libraries. In addition, a dedicated platform for Dengue and Chikungunya antiviral testing has been established using the gold standard Plaque Neutralization Reduction Test, allowing in vitro screening of drug candidates to accelerate therapeutic development.
